Dino Boy in the Lost Valley

Dino Boy in the Lost Valley  is an animated television series of action and fiction, created in 1959 by the American cartoonist Alex Toth. The series was produced by Hanna-Barbera Productions studios, and premiered on Saturday, September 10, 1966, airing in the United States through Saturday, January 7, 1967, alongside Space Ghost, on media shows. hour long, featuring a Dino Boy chapter and two from the Space Ghost. In Spain, the series was briefly aired between 1973 and 1974, along with another Hanna-Barbera cartoon: Shazzan. Later, from 1997, the series was again aired in the United States by the Cartoon Network, thanks to the Toonami block, but it could not be seen worldwide until the creation of the Cartoon Network Boomerang channel in 2001. This chain aired the program "Space Ghost and Dino Boy", during its Boomeraction block, at different times. Finally, due to the makeover and renewal of this channel, Dino Boy came to be seen during the early hours of the morning, until he was removed from the block of classics at the end of 2006.

This cartoon tells us the adventures of a boy named Todd, who was forced to parachute from the plane he was traveling with along with his parents, because he suffered an accident and was on fire, and only one parachute remained. The young man fell into a mysterious and unknown prehistoric valley, where Saber-Toothed dinosaurs, cavemen and tigers seem to have survived or remained hidden from the world and from time. When attacked by a tiger, he is saved by a gigantic caveman called Ugh, who is accompanied by a young brontosaurus named Todd by Bronto. From that moment, Dino Boy, Ugh and Bronto, will have to face together the dangers of that valley, such as having to fight with different ostile tribes, such as the pygmies of the rocks, or the lanzer warriors, apart from surviving the dangers of nature, such as having to deal with a legion of giant ants. Together, they live and travel through that mysterious jungle where time stood still.
Characters

Todd: Todd is a boy who is lost in a fantastic and untamed valley where primitive beasts and cavemen live as it happened millions of years ago. You are unlikely to return home, as your parents are likely to have died after a plane crash. Therefore, he must stay and survive day by day in that mysterious and dangerous jungle with his friends. The series owes its name to the way everyone calls the protagonist: Dino Boy. The boy's suit consists of a white shirt with a brown vest, blue pants, and boots made of some kind of animal skin.

Ugh: Ugh is a caveman of great strength who is always aware of the dangers of the valley. He watches over Todd, whom he met after saving him, and whom he named "Dino Boy". He understands and speaks the human language, since Dino Boy taught it to them so that they could communicate. Most of the time, the weapon he uses to defend himself is a club, but he has also learned to use the wave, bow, and arrow.

BRONTO (Bronty in the original version): Bronto is a young Brontosaurus, who wears a necklace and behaves like a pet. It is the medium that Dino Boy and Ugh normally use to transport themselves. Furthermore, he is smart enough to understand the orders given to him, thus getting help when needed.

Flying Riders: They are a valley tribe that has managed to tame gigantic birds that they use to rise and travel great distances. Dino Boy gave them help on one occasion when one of the riders was injured by pygmies on the rocks.

The warrior ants: They are tiny intelligent ants, which have a town and form a community. Their main enemy is a giant sloth. The ants helped Dino Boy and Ugh in one episode.
